Monty’s House has been designed to comfortably welcome large families, groups of friends, and retreat gatherings while still feeling warm and homely. The house offers 7 bedrooms & a rumpus room that can be configured to suit your group, with a mix of king, queen, and flexible long-single options, allowing couples, children, and individuals to all be accommodated with ease.

 

Only 2 minutes from Montville's township, plenty of shops to stroll through, the first Saturday of every month there is the local market, and plenty of hiking trails within a 10 minute drive.. but the best one is only 300m walk from Monty's front entrance, Kondalilla Falls National Park.

BEDROOM FEATURES 

 

Each bedroom contains blockout curtains to ensure a restful daytime nap or night's sleep. The bedrooms have freestanding cupboards or drawers. Each of our beds have mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Even our throw pillows have washable covers for your safety. Each bed boasts environmentally friendly linen sheets and earthy quilt covers, a fluffy duvet, and an ultra plush pillow.

THE DESIGN

The home has been specially designed with  family reunions, large group getaways and wedding groups in mind and is large enough to accommodate bridal parties and family, with 4 bathrooms and a spacious dressing room you won’t see anywhere else providing the space and facilities needed for bridal parties to prepare for the big day. The spectacular setting provides the perfect backdrop for those special photos you will be admiring in decades to come. With spacious common areas for shared meals and activities, plus plenty of private space for downtime, the house is perfect for all generations.
